Telling a Pilates Instructor's Story of Healing in Glamour

We led the personal profile strategy for Martyna Kondratowicz, an international Pilates instructor building a platform that extends well beyond the studio. The aim was to establish her as a credible, recognisable voice in mindful movement, and to lay the groundwork for the launch of her own Pilates app, Infinite Flow.

Wellness is a crowded space, and instructors who stand out are rarely defined by technique alone. Martyna's story gave us something rarer: an instructor who didn't come to movement naturally. She grew up feeling out of place in sport and later lived with chronic pain, exhaustion, and a sense of disconnection from her own body. She looked for answers in psychology and neuroplasticity before returning to her medical background in anatomy and biology. There she found the missing piece: the body itself, and the idea that it holds on to stress and emotion.

We built the narrative around that turning point. Pilates is framed not as a fitness trend but as what Martyna calls "meditation in motion": a practice of strength, release, and presence. The feature also set up her mission. Her answer to the cost, confusion, and commuting that keep beginners away from Pilates is Infinite Flow, an app designed to make the method accessible to anyone, anywhere, with just a mat and a little space.

The campaign secured a dedicated feature in Glamour, one of the world's most recognised women's lifestyle titles. It put Martyna's story in front of a global audience engaged with wellness and self-care, and gave her a tier-one anchor of credibility ahead of the app's launch.
